Drive Up Units: Wide doors from 3’ to 9’ (depending on unit size). All buildings have insulated ceilings. Buildings A, AA, E, - Ceilings 10’ High; Doors: AA bldgs; unit sizes 12.5’ x 25’ have doors 10’ x 9’. Bldgs B, C, & D regular DU - 10 x 20 units - doors 8’ x7’.
24 HR use Gate Charge = $ 20.00 per month – No Charge for 7 – 7 Access
Move in payment required as follows:
First month's rent in advance,
Half month security deposit which is refundable after vacating,
